Sunday was a tough journey right down to Gilroy on the agricultural roads on the East aspect of the valley. I went for a brisk tempo journey of a bit over an hour than did some onerous intervals and sprints on the best way again. Monday I did my power coaching adopted by a brief restoration journey.
Tuesday my group did a rural ramble out to Redwood Retreat highway southwest of Morgan Hill. This was a very nice day for a journey with stunning surroundings. I stored it at my “brisk however comfy” tempo on my e-bike. Yesterday I did one other onerous journey just like Sunday’s however this time to the Northwest to South San Jose. The climate has been sunny recently and cooler within the morning after I first begin out, however is getting somewhat hotter later within the day- it seems like summer season is on the best way.
